I always just go out there and make a fool out of myself. If you're having fun, who cares?

Just remember that
"You can dance if you want to
You can leave your friends behind.
...
And we can act like we come from out of this world.
Leave the real one far behind."

It's easy but I wouldn't recommend to do it from the Net. Have him do one step at a time, and make sure it's on the one. Once he shows that he can be in sync where the beat drops on the one he can do all kinds of little steps in between, maybe toss in a few shakes here and there. Whatever he does though make sure he shows you that he is on the one. It helps if he wants to dance, if he doesn't want to I'd say don't bother. The best way would be if you give him examples and some guidance.

depending on what kind of dance you want him to learn you can search the web...how old is your little brother anyways...and if you can dance so well you can always just teach him your self
