They were down on Saturday but should be up and running by now. If you haven't shut down your computer try rebooting to see if that will help. Also if there is an error message coming up e-mail yahoo customer service and see if they can help you.

i have been having the same problems. i do ot know what is wrong. i want to contact yahoo also but i dont know how either. it is starting to piss me off. i am so sorry i cant help.

remove it from the control panel on your computer and re-download it again from yahoo.... Hope this helps
