I know that Six Flags is closing some of the parks. I don't know which ones, though.
However, I DO know that they are NOT closing Six Flags New England, in Massachusetts.

Too early to know for sure.
But then, we have the example of Marineland. Marineland was sold to Harcourt Brace Jovanovich, who promised to keep Marineland open... but a month later, they shipped the killer whales to Sea World, and closed Marineland. Scuttlebutt had it that all they wanted was the killer whales -- the only breeding pair in captivity -- because it was becoming impossible to catch more killer whales from the wild.

six flags magic mountain is closing....they aren't making money because of violence at the park and teenage ruckus i forget what they are building there.

i heard that too. its because the owners of sixflags is in debt of about 2.1 billion dollars and they dont wanna it to get even deeper.there gunna sell about 6 of them. and magic mountain is the one that will give back alot of money.
