well im a nurse and the anus doesnt have much elasticity so once it is stretched it kinda stays that way gross huh
but yeah there is some things that could happen to hurt someone or kill them from anal sex

Damage can and does happen. The anus lining isn't as strong as vaginal lining. The lining in the anus can be easily ripped if not enough lubrication is used. Some people have lost control due to damage, but then again...some people enjoy anal with no major problems at all. It depends on the person, the carefulness used, and making sure they use enough lube.

From a medical standpoint, once you rip the anal sphincters, and decrease the anal tone, then you can end up with stool incontinance, etc.... It would take surgery to put back together something that is ripped or nonfunctional.

yep & gay men, if you don't excercise your anal muscles when you get old & try to go to the bathroom, your anal lining will come out & have to be put back in. My mom works in a nursing home & sees it a lot.
