What is your practice in this regard? Did they run away or don't move from the location when you are breaking their web? which type of spider you are talking? the one with the poison or the normal one? I guess spiders
1. run away-if they have fear.
2. don't move-if they are angry
3. move within the limited area now and then- both fear and anger
please don't touch them, they are very useful for controlling pests in a big agricultural field. I like spiders.

Depends. If they have web owners insurance, they don't get too upset. They just call their agent and collect damages. Uninsured spiders get pretty upset, and some seek legal action. Careful--you could be charged with vandalisim.

do you get mad when a hurricane comes through and destroys your home? no there is nobody to blame.

try sticking your finger by them when you break it and see if they bite you or kiss you
you just trashed their home and took away their food catcher so I would bet on a bite
