People, well girls really, have always stared at me endlessly throughout my whole life, like I have some condition or skin diease (sorry if I have offended anybody), wtf are they looking at me like that for?

No this is really happening and I do stare back. Well, if I get really pissed I look behind me and then stare. That tends to scare people, which i'd rather have. But it's just random people.

i have that same thing too, except there are a lot of people
they think im weird and stuff
but they just want to see whats "normal" or "abnormal"

What is normal? We are all different from each other and who can judge what is normal. Normality as defined by society changes all the time. Today's normality is not necessary tomorrow's.
Each person radiates energy, the energy differs from one individual to the other, unless of course in the case of some identical twins who are a mirror image of each other or bonded by some metabolism though the individuals might not be twins.
The reason why people just look at you if you are of average height, looks or mannerisms, could also be that you have a strong magnetic attraction.

There could be a lot of reasons people stare at you. I can't really answer that question without more information, but I can say this: if people are bullying you, they do it because they know they can get a reaction out of you. If this is bullying behavior, it will eventually stop if you stop paying attention to the bullies (it might take a while, but it will work).

I may be a bloke but even i get this. I actually put it down to one of the few things
-Paranoia
-Something wrong with you i.e. messed up hair
or people do just generally tend to look at each other either because of a mutual attraction or the likeing of say an item of clothing you are wearing.
Failing that its either because you have looked at them first or their just plain weird.

You might be imagining it....and even if they are, just stare back until they stop ( I would bet you 100 bucks that the majority of people will stop in about 5 seconds if you do)

Maybe you look at them differently to or they looking at you because you are so pretty and that they never seeing a pretty girl/women like you :) So let them stare at you. Beauty is there to be admired.

They could be staring at you because you are pretty. I know I do that sometimes. Usually if someone isn't very good looking I don't stare.

Now that I am over forty, people like to stare at me because I like vintage clothes to wear. But if they don't like so what, let them stare. That why God gave them eyes and no MANNERS.

Maybe they are jealous of you cause you're pretty & they are trying to figure out what if anything you do to be so pretty
