It is possible to use fat for breast augmentation. Fat can be harvested by removing it with liposcution from different areas of the body where there is excess fat. It is then centrifugated and carefully placed into the breast, by weaving it into the muscle behind the breast tissue. I don't believe it is safe to actually put fat into the breast tissue as this may interfere with mammograms. There is no guarantee the fat will retain, but it is something being practiced already by a few pioneering doctors. It doesn't come cheap either and costs more than a regualr breast augmentation with implants. Also the amount of enlargement is much more subtle than regular implants, but it does look much more natural also.

It seems like it should work, but it doesn't. Instead of the fat being all connected it breaks up and then the poor girl has to live with lumpy boobs, and who the h-e-double hockey sticks wants that?

Ummm.....no. But that would be cool!

I just had a tummy tuck, and my boobs actually DO look bigger (since my stomach is so much flatter), so had they taken that "slab-o-fat" they removed from my belly and put it up top, I bet my stomach would look even FLATTER!!!!

Where was your idea two weeks ago when I needed it?!?!?!?!?

Yes, it is done. Women who have full mascectomies have the option to undergo augmentation. They often take fat from other parts of the body, as well as the back muscle.
