Would you feel the same if you met in person? Maybe.

Hey man!! I have a friend in Texas and really want it to work myself, and i know exactly how you feel. We have talked for 6 months and we are both say we love each other and stuff. But we just get on so well and it hurts so bad not being with her, we talk about it and we have to meet up. This would mean me travelling from the UK but I know she is worth it. Pen pals is an very old institution and it works. Relationships on line are modern way of meeting and staying in touch with people. In order to make relation work one has to be honest with himself (should know what he/she want from the relation) and with the other person in the relation.

At least you should give it a chance, see where it goes. Distance, culture, language, stuff like that doesn't have to be a problem if your both willing to give it a chance. But it is going to be tough.
It didn't work for me, doesn't mean it wont work for anybody. All i can say is enjoy the moment and don't regret it after wards.

yes! i've learned that if you enter the online relationship with completely HONESTY and RESPECT from the start... it has potential to flourish. it's a great way to learn about the person from the inside out, rather than be attracted by looks then MOLDING yourself to fit that person's personality. best of luck!

i have an online relationship with someone and for me its going along just fine so i would say if you really like this girl and she likes you then it should work out great specially if it turns out as good is my relationship is with my online friend

I tried it once but it was stupid cause it wasn't really real. Then we hardley ever talked and eventually I was just like ok enough of this. Now I regret the whole relationship and realize it was just dumb.
