Yes, it's legal.
Of course you can get a virus downloading *ANYTHING* online, so be wary of .exe files.
I prefer limewire, which you can download for free at http://www.limewire.com. It's not legal, however.
Rhapsody just gives you a lot of unwanted spam, spyware, and siht!
Rhapsody is basically a radio, so if you want to hear the song offline, too bad for you.
You *could* pay 89cents per song, or 10 dollars per month, but all in all, get limewire, it's free.

I got it! It's a good site! If you got a MP3 player or you just want to burn some songs.. But they have different Rhapsody accounts like Rhapsody 25.. Rhapsody 25 just lets you listens to 25 songs for free or listen to the same song for 25 or etc but it is doesn't have a monthly fee.. Rhapsody Unlimited lets you listen to music any time, how many times you want.. But you have to pay a fee.. I really like it.. And they let you play the whole stream! The whole stream! And it only cost $0.89 per song! It's legal and I don't have a virus and it is a very good site.. But you mighth have some problems with Rhapsody but not with your computer.. Just the program, Rhapsody itself..
