I just want to know what genious sat and thought to himself I know how to make Superman better we'll give him a kid with Lois Lane and let some other dude bang her and take care of the kid and at the end Superman will just skip out on the kid and family obligations because it's much more important that Lois is banging this dude and she can't hurt his feelings, and screw the kid why should he have his Mom and Dad together. I wonder if Superman pays child support? Then Lois is a tramp who makes out with both dudes in the movie and the dude she with wants her even though she's got the hots for her baby's daddy still who doesn't want a family. What kind of morals is this? Sex over family? This is what Superman is supposed to be. This is Days of our Lives material. The director is a moron.

I didn't enjoy watching the movie much. The special effects were ok, but the storyline was a bit lacking in action. The fact that Lex Luther's girlfriend or whoever she is saves superman is a bit wacky for a resolution. I also did not like the fact that superman has a kid with Lois, but Lois is married to another guy. That's just not fair.

I'm just pissed because Bryan Singer and James Marsden betrayed the X-Men franchise! X-Men 3 had so much potential...I'm mean X3 was okay, but it wasn't TRUE to the comics!!! Dark Phoenix doesn't kill Scott!!! Juggernaut's not a mutant! Psylocke isn't evil or dies from Dark Phoenix! Where's the Phoenix fire bird!?! Sorry, but I'm a huge Phoenix fan! and what's w/ this split personality thing w/ Jean? And she's "eats" a SUN and kills 5 BILLION ALIENS and the entire solar system they dwelled in. Plus she shouldn't be all quiet and everything, SHE'S PHOENIX
!!! She should be shrieking and all surrounded by the Phoenix fire bird effect laughing evilly as she destroys poor helpless souls! And what's up with it being shorter than the other 2 movies!?! If singer didn't leave we would see a really glorious X-Men 3.

sucked isnt the word, oh he can LIFT an island made out of kryptonite, he just cant STAND on one. How mant thousands of tons was that island anyway? And Clark comes back from a 5 yr leave JUST as Superman comes back from being away for....5 yrs! Not to mention Super Stalker, creepy.

I didn't see it, but I saw the originals. I didn't like the originals, and since this is a sequel of the originals, I don't think i will like this one either. And I have never been a fan of Bryan Singers brand of comic book to movie renderings. And I have never liked Superman as a comic book hero to begin with.

I thought it sucked,
Lois was anorexic looking, too. All I could think every time she was on screen was "Good Lord, woman! Go get a biskit & some gravy!"

It could have been done better. I liked the 'dark' type of movie though. It was too slow a movie.
