First of all, being an actress deals with a lot of rejection so you need to learn to deal with that. Second, one of the best ways to become and actress is to look for auditions for plays or for workshops in your area. It also might help if you take acting classes, but you might also want to take dancing and singing lessons since pretty much every actor or actress will have to sing or dance in their life.

Well you really just can't expect to get a job based on your post here. Do you have a headshot? Do you have semi-professional experience? Do you have an agent? Are you in SAG, AFTRA, any union?
Those are the things you need first before you can remotely be considered for roles in movies.
Go to school. Go to college, study acting if you want. Get as much experience as you can, then try to get an agent.

find a local theatre and audition for a part. get as much experience as possable, when you are comfortable find an agent. they should be able to get you headed in the right direction.
