eg. Certain monkeys do this.

Is it both bipedal and quadrupedal? Or is it neither? Is there a specific term for it?

It is just referred to as both bipedal and quadrupedal...there is no specific term for it that I could find they just refer to them as exceptional cases, or postural feeding habits....

Ps the person above who said humans are the only bipedal creatures on the earth must be living in a box... Kangaroos, birds, giant pangolins, gibbons...the last 2 being possibly the only ones that use an alternating gait similar to our own.

Monkeys are quadrupedal animals. Humans are the only bi-pedal mammals on the planet.
