How about twice? What happend to you if you get pulled over for the second time. Do you need a lawyer? Will you go to jail if you don't have a lawyer?

i am not in California but i recommend Designated driver and you won't need to spend all that money for a lawyer and worry about not having a licence but if you feel like going to jail piss test and Breathalyzers everyday and riding your bike for the rest of your life feel free don't say that i didn't warn you drinking and driving is bad and there are to many accident from it think before you do it if you are going to drink give someone your keys and call a cab or get a dd

1st you don't get pulled over for a DUI, you get pulled over for something else you did wrong, (what was that?) and after the field test to see if your intoxicated then you get your DUI. I say you better get an attorney, your screwed with or without an attorney, but less screwed with one.

yes i have and you need a lawyer the first time.. the second time in ILLinois is mandatory jail time of at least a month

Why were you drinving drunk? I have freinds and a bit of family as well in California-you could have killed them.
