No, God has no problem with gay people. Only the people who use God as an excuse for being narrow-minded, bigoted jerks.

For all those people who will be quoting Leviticus to 'prove' their point, why not also look at ALL the other things mentioned as sinful in Leviticus, such as mixing materials for clothing, shaving, divorce, infidelity, eating pork, alcohol consumption. Amazingly, even though ALL of these things are condemnded in the same passages as homosexuality, only the perceptions of gay sex are cited as the bane of humanity.

You can't have your cake and eat it too, you know. So if all gays have to be hated and shunned and killed, then why are we not being lumped in with the clean-shaven divorced runarounds wearing cotton/poly blends scarfing back a BBQ pork sandwich and sucking on a Michelob??? See my first statement.

If you are born that way inclined I suppose you can't help it but in my oppinion most gays out there are a result of a long term media and social experiment.
I feel that too many gays be they women or men choose this lifestyle out of selfishness and are avoiding the honor and responsibility of being a parent the way all mighty Yahweh intended.
I mean why do you think male and female exist at all then ?

Youv'e been tricked out of your birthright into what is now , 'because of the media brainwashing' an excepted "lifestyle"...
It's clearly going against mother nature therefore the act is abnormal and an abomination in the sight of the creator, our Holy Father in the Heavens (the cosmos). Do you really think we just ooozed out of some slimy cesspool and evolved into human beings ?

I'm not sure where in the bible, but I do hear that in the bible God talks about how people shouldn't practice gay relationships. If that's true, it doesn't make much sense because he also said that he created us each in a different way and that he loves all of us. So, why would he create gay people?

I believe God doesn't have any problem with anyone being gay, since he accepts anyone for what he is.

The only problem he would have is when gay people get together and do, you know, because he meant "making love" to be procreative and consummation of marriage. This is the same reason why the Church frowns upon pre-marital sex.

According to the Bible, homosexuality is an abomination. God loves people (all people) but He hates sin and cannot allow it in His presence. For that matter, Christians should love homosexuals as well, but because we know how much God hates homosexuality, we are often uncomfortable around gay people.

"The Apostle Paul, writing by inspiration of the Holy Spirit, declares that homosexuality "shall not inherit the kingdom of God" (I Corinthians 6:9; 10). Now Paul does not single out the homosexual as a special offender. He includes fornicators, idolators, adulterers, thieves, covetous persons, drunkards, revilers and extortioners. And then he adds the comment that some of the Christians at Corinth had been delivered from these very practices: "And such were some of you: But ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the spirit of our God" (I Corinthians 6:11). All of the sins mentioned in this passage are condemned by God, but just as there was hope in Christ for the Corinthians, so is there hope for all of us.

"Homosexuality is an illicit lust forbidden by God. He said to His people Israel, "Thou shalt not lie with mankind, as with womankind: it is abomination" (Leviticus 18:22). "If a man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination: they shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be upon them" (Leviticus 20:13). In these passages homosexuality is condemned as a prime example of sin, a sexual perversion. The Christian can neither alter God's viewpoint nor depart from it."

Hope this helps explain things a little. God has much better things for us than to be trapped in sexual immorality!

So far as I can tell, God doesn't have problems. Which idea? I'm a Christian, ir that is what you are after. And if you are concerned that God doesn't like gay people, please do not worry. God loves everybody, even me.

why would God have a problem with any person he has made?
I mean, doesn't He loves us all?
God made gay people and every other person that is out here.
This is my opinion and, as you know, you are going to get quite a bit of feedback about this subject.

No. It says God accepts everybody so he wouldn't have a problem with gay people.

Great question, although it really should be 'Does the Church have a problem with gay people?' since it's the Church who make the decisions on Earth.
