Severe cramping and blood clots are not a normal part of periods. You should let your Dr know, they can give you medications to help with the cramping/ bloating. Alot of the time the cramps are nothing more than muscles spasms that actually start in your back. A back massage will usually help, a heat pack on your back can help too. If you don't have someone to give you a back massage, a back massager can help. If you don't have a heating pad, you can use a towel that has just come out of the dryer. You should not be having 2 periods each month, so you should talk with a Dr, you may be having some hormone problems, and you may need to take some supplements to adjust the hormones. Good Luck.
