It is like picking up a person who just got beat up, they are still angry and claim they don't need anyones help.

First of all, neither France nor America would be free without the help of the other. France helped America win its independence from Great Britain, and America helped liberate France from the Germans in WWI and WWII. Both nations should be grateful to the other, no matter what petty differences they have.
I would say that some French people do not appreciate the sacrifices America made for the people of France. Then again, many French people are grateful for American assistance.
If another nation invaded France, and you needed help, I believe America would help you. Despite our little differences, we are both nations dedicated to liberty and equality.

What are you asking? Arabic Invades us?.......are you asking if America would defend France if it was invaded? I would think so as France is our Ally, or at least used to be an ally. Our people do not like each other but our countries are still allied.

I wouldn't worry too much about it, if the Americans don't show up to help you out, there will be many other countries ready to take on that plight. And if Bush was smart, he'd follow suit or we can also say "If your not with us, you're against us" and see how he likes it!

Yes, we would, and be proud to do it, even though we would know that you would treat us like crap after we did......YOU KNOW WHY? Because we believe in the good, the honest, the freedom of our allies, and believe they should not have to go through anything like the people of Iraq or Afghanistan was going through.....So, unlike the French, we would be there in your time of need
