I like myself because I am sweet, tactful, and kindhearted. I go out of my way not to hurt people's feelings. I am popular and people generally like me because I am down to earth. I wish I were more assertive, though.

My best trait is that I do what needs to be done without being told, and without complaining. This work ethic has resulted in positive work reviews for 10 years.

I think it's my assertiveness. I'm not rude about stuff. It's just that when I don't like something or agree with someone, I'll say so. I'm not a follower.
