A small birthmark is like who cares. Where is the birthmark anyway?
A big birthmark is probably a bad thing.

length is an argument of flavor for both adult males and females purely like some adult males favor brunettes to blonds. My husband prefers small tight breasts and famous large ones a turn-off. he's a paramedic and has chanced on potato chip crumbs and as rapidly as even a flattened, sweaty one hundred dollar bill shrink than large boobs. He takes position to love trim athletic our bodies and that i'm chuffed he likes my style. ( I favor medium length adult males, purely precise)

If the birthmark is the size of the one Mikhael Gorbachev's has his bald head. Then their is concern.

I can't say they are a turn on, but not really a turn off. Unless they covered your face or something like that.
I'll show you mine if you show me yours.
Honestly though personality and decent looks are much more vital to me.

everyone likes different things..maybe you will find some guys who thinks it's okay and some might find it unattractive.
also it depends on the location and size of your birthmark.

honey mine starts from da top of my right breast & ends jus above my navel its light brown doesnt look bad & my bf hav no prob wit it...

It is a normal feature. especially if you have it near a sexy place/ feature. mine is under my left . . . . i wont tell!
