interrupt them everytime they start to speak and don't let them finish sentences or stories. it always gets me pissed.....

Depends on their personality. Some people are just to easy. Just standing by them for no reason drives them out of their friggin mind. Other people you need to learn their habits and go from there.(PS:I don't condone messing with other people unless they draw first blood)

By having fun while you bother them....just find something you can criticize about them, and bother them with negative comments haha....Or you can always put an ice through their shirt....or just throw someone a bucket of water

When I was Young i used to scrape my fork across my china plate. Everyone wanted to sock me. Or I would practically bring my brothers to tears, while they were watching TV, by raising my eyebrows up and down, up and down ,up and down, until they swore to mom they were going to sock me.

you can do a few things. if you keep insisting on things when you know its really annoying for the other person. if they clearly don;'t want to talk to you and you keep talking and talking. there is a ot more things you can do!

when they talk on their cell phones, I pull out my cell phone and pretend that I'm talking to them. It drives them crazy
