you can try a small amount of hydrocortisone cream (over the counter), it can reduce the redness and itching.

Take a steamy shower first. Then lather with sensitive skin shaving creme. Then use a new razor for sensitive skin. Rinse without scrubbing. Pat area dry. Put a sensitive skin men's aftershave on the area. Let air dry. If you can do at night, let air dry before putting on anything tight fitting.

Or, just get a bikini wax. Embarassing, but it works!

you probably used a razor and got razor burn,they have hair removal creams for that area,my opion should disapear an a couple days
