Metal (any type), Industrial, Techno.
Metal because there are so many different types -- you could listen to the more intense Death Metal and hear deep growls and high pitched falsetto screams along with screaming guitars and pounding drums and insane guitar rifts (ex. Cradle of Filth, Arch Enemy, etc. ) OR you could listen to nu-metal, which is particularly softer with softer chorus lines and softer guitar (Slipknot, Korn).
Industrial (Rock/Metal or Shock-rock) - MARILYN MANSON, Icon of Coil and Static-x is all I really have to say. Both of them, I find extremely intriguing within their sound and their powerful, well-written lyrics.
Techno - Sometimes I feel like just listening to some techno, it makes me feel like dancing and it is very catchy, most of the time.

I don't listen to any one genre, I listen to different bands from all kinds of genres. Today, I listened to Tool (hard rock) Les Nubians (Haitian soul) and Bob Marley (reggae) when driving to and from work, school, gym and home; while at work I was forced to listen to the Lion King soundtrack (is Disney Jungle music a genre??); followed by Portishead (trip hop) while working out.

Rock....it's so versatile, I like alot of genres but rock has elements of all of them.....I really hate rap though, it's the ONLY genre I cannot stand. The beats and the lyrics and the flow of everything just makes me cringe.

I like a lot of different kinds of genres. I don't get how people just listen to one kind.

rock and metal, specially power metal, because it is real art
u can hate a song that a band is playing, while u can love this same song when another band is playing it, because the band can make the song sound different, starting from the lead and the bass guitar, the drums, the effects and so...etc

rnb because it really calms me down if i'm amd. also most of it is just good music to listen to any time of the day. it doesn't have alot negative language either. well at least the songs that i listen to. but i listen to songs that were made in the 1990's. to me that was the best rnb music ever.

Reggeaton because it is a mixture of different latin music.
Salsa, Merengue. Anything with a latin beat that makes you want to dance.
