Based upon personal experience, it sounds like the oxygen (O2)sensor is going out.

Idle air valve - the device that feeds air to the engine at idle speeds. It could be malfunctioning.

heavily isn't the battery/alternator i don't think of. more effective possibly throttle sensor/MAF sensor/crank speed sensor-type of aspect. once you're robotically minded and function get entry to to the most magnificent records and a multimeter it truly is the position i'd start up, otherwise it is off to a storage.

Idle speed sensor maybe, my toyota did it and I changed it, problem fixed, yet pricey.

My Ford did this not long ago. It had to do with the A/C. They fixed a leak and it stopped.
