Take a cup of white vinegar and 1 cup of baking soda. Pour it in your drain, watch the foam!!!
This is what I've used in my kitchen drain and garbage disposal for years. I've never had any stop-ups, and it keeps the drain smelling good.

I use a handful of baking soda tossed into the drain, then add 1/2 cup of vinegar. This causes a 'volcano like ' eruption. Work great and is fun to do! :D

I use about a half cup of baking soda washed down by a cup of vinegar. Then, after a half hour or so, I run hot water down the drain for a couple of minutes.

Go spend the 15 to 20 bucks and get a snall snake. I stay 100% away from any drain cleaners as some can cause your pipes to burst.

Sodium Hydroxide - but wear gloves as it is corrosive and rinse the drain out thoroughly afterwards.
Mr.Muscle Sink and Drain unblocker works miraculously. It is expensive - but cheaper than digging up the shower room floor when the shower drain gets clogged with hair.
