Currently tasers are being used on citizens that run from the police and on citizens that use passive resistance. Should tasers only be used against people that are fighting with police or should they be used on citizens that argue with police? Currently tasers can be used on citizens that do nothing wrong but argue.

Yes and they should start with you. You've shopped this question around the site for weeks. you got yor answer, people who don't obey the cops have to pay the consequences. You're trying to give us the typical Liberal nonsence that its always someone elses fault. Why don't you can it?

Absolutely not. I believe that the only time they should be used is for self defense. The very fact that someone is engaging in passive resistance clearly signals they are not a physical threat to law enforcement, and to use even tasers in this case would be abuse of authority, cruel, and inhumane.

I think so, I mean the whole point is to NOT let a situation get out of control, and a taser, although kinda extreme, will most likely involve zero injuries to the "victim."

Better that then the good old billy club, come on people we KNOW police cant use them with restraint!! LOL

Why is this in mythology and folklore? Do you think tasers are like Zeus's lightning bolts?

No, tasers shouldn't be used on people being passive.
