Okay, first of all, ignore all the spelling nazis & boozehounds who don't have your best interests at heart.
While correcting your spelling would do absolutely nothing for a broken heart, and getting drunk only would only give you a headache the next morning (& goddess knows where you'd end up the night before), the only way to get through the pain is to just move through it at your own pace.
I know it may sound overly simplistic, but the truth is that you're hurting & will probably hurt for awhile. That's okay, because it's part of the healing process. Go ahead & feel your grief, but try to channel it in appropriate ways (besides making an *** out of yourself at the bar). I'd recommend writing poetry or painting. Spend some time by yourself & cry if you have to, or call up a friend & rent some silly movies (I'd strongly recommend "Happy, Texas" or "Cecil B. Demented").
Good luck to you!

There's no easy way, it takes time and even after that if the relationship was really good then simple things like a favorite song will bring back old memories. So you never get over a break up even if you think you moved on. I'm still going through a break up that ended like 3 months ago. It's hard and like I wrote I thought I could get over it, but the memories never fade away and there are nights were I cry about how much I actually miss my ex. If you wanna talk I'm here for you. my e-mail is surfstud@sbcglobal.net

Time heals the heart; particularly if you were the one dump. But it can be equally bad if you're the one to leave. Many times relationships end because of lack of communications, and respect. While you're trying to heal try to develop your inner self. Think about ways to improve yourself and make yourself more attractive: physically, emotionally, mentally, and perhaps setting new goals and hobbies of interest. But know this; sometimes people grow apart; and that can take a while getting use to in a break up. If its possible to mend the relationship without being place in harms way; try it! However; if your mental state of mind is going to suffer more, continue to walk away.

The best way to get over a break up is spend some time with your true friends and b*tch about everything you didn't like about that person. Then after the b*tching find a new boyfriend/girlfriend or whatever your preference is. I always get over guys by replacing them. ALSO time heals ALL wounds!

There is no easy way but time heals all wounds. Going out and finding someone on the rebound is not a good idea. It leads to further problems and oftain complicates the situation. Visit more oftain with good friends and family. Go shopping and keep yourself busy. De-clutter your life and get rid of reminders of your ex. Rent your favorite kinds of movies and get to know yourself again.

Take you foot off the brake pedal. If you meant break up, it's up to the individual. There is no universal cure for it.

Convince yourself it was for the best and that it was in your interest for things to move on as they did. Forget the past and move on, booze only causes alcohol problems, stay away from miserable people they only get you down. Keep away from the "I told you so crew". Cheer up and watch more commedies.

Listen to some music, ramble about what you're feeling on paper (you can throw it away if you want), and when you feel you've done enough of that get a new man or go celibate.
other than that, i don't have a clue.
