Recently mine is the one where a guy picks up a doll for a mother and her stoller baby, someone else notices it, and it sets a chain of normal people doing little good deeds. I thought it was a 'nice' and 'positive' for a change.

The go-phone cellular service ad that features the creepy horror-movie children asking their parents for a cell phone. I've seen it a dozen times and I still crack up laughing. It may very well be my favorite ad of all time.
I also liked the Volkswagen ads that featured the people chatting in the car, then getting in a wreck, to show how well the car/passengers survive a crash. Those ads were very effective but the pansies pulled it because some over-sensitive folks were upset by the stark reality.

Comcast internet commercials with the 2 turtles...the Slowsky's. I also like some of the Sonic commercials with the girl and guy...not the 2 guys.

Lays Potato Chips. Not a recent commercial by any means.
Two eskimos in the middle of nowhere with no one around for hundreds, perhaps thousands of miles. One eats a chip and the other looks at him. The one eating the chip, "but if I give one to you, I have to give one to everybody else". I laugh myself sick just thinking about it - you have to see it and hear the perfect way he says it. It's great.

That is a great question - because I am stumped. I have a DVR, so I always skip commercials now and can't think of a single good one.
If you would have asked me a year ago, I could have listed them off..
