When I get photos in email, how do I put them somewhere where I can look at them and send them out in email?

If you are using Windows XP put the cursor over the pic, right click and select 'save picture as..' and then browse for the folder that you want to put it in.

Just right click on the picture and "save as." Give it a name or make up your own and save it in "My pictures"...or wherever you want it.
