Worldly... Seriously, though, I would call him/her multilingual. I don't think there are words in common usage for speaking more than three languages. If pressed, I'd use the following prefixes:

unilingual
bilingual
trilingual
tetralingual
pentalingual
hexalingual
heptalingual
octalingual
nonelingual
decalingual

These are loosely based on the names of polygons. To my knowledge, only unilingual, bilingual and trilingual are in the dictionary.

Any amount of languages over 3 is multi-lingual. If you can speak 5 languages, you are really intelligent, or should I say, "intelligente" (French.. I think!?)

I would say pentalingual but you will get a blank stare so multilingual then they will ask how many languages....good way to keep the conversation flowing?
