what kind good liquids that i can take with whey protien would it be taste good with water or milk?

You can mix it with lots of different types of liquids. What flavor is the Whey product you are using? If it is chocolate you can mix IT with milk, different fruit juices. You can freeze juice, or milk and add it to the blender to make it thick like shake. You can mix more than one juice or juice and milk to make some great tasting smoothies. I always liked Vanilla soy milk with vanilla Whey mix and some strawberries and Cinnamon to make a great desert drink. Good luck and have some fun experimenting with different flavors.

I use coffee.
3/4 cup coffee, cool it down with 1/4 c cold water. If the liquid is too hot, the protein powder will clump. Then I add some 10% cream. Add the powder on top and stir. This seems to be the best method.
If you start with powder and add liquid you get lumps.
Stir it between sips.
Tastes yummy, like a cafe mocha latte...
That is of course, if you get chocolate flavoured whey powder.
I tried the coffee with wildberry flavoured whey powder -yech.

The best is milk with ice.It kind of makes a milkshake.If you want to gain weight put ice cream in it, fruit.That's really good.Every kind of juice I have mixed with it was horrible and I didn't like it.Good Luck!
