i need a computer program that resembels free hand sketches,but i can't decide between sketchup and autosketch. if anybody has experience in any of them,can you tell me some information plz.

autocad is the standard in the industry.
They have LT versions that are cheaper.
The format itself is the de facto standard.

For simple stuff, i use Smartdraw which has some import/export capability with autocad. it can be used for a lot of types of small projects and is reasonnably cheap (under $200)

i used autocad in school when i took architecture, pretty easy to use.
