Because of the way that she acts sometimes. Like on the simple life or in her "special little video." Or just because they are jealous. There are a variety of reasons people have. Including "that's hot."

I hate her because she is STUPID,has no talent and is living off whatever her family makes. She could not have an interesting conversation with any one or anything. She is a waste of space.

I think she is entertaining but i dont think she thinks of others as much as she could. Does she put others before herself......i dont know. So i dont hate or like her. I'm indifferent on the subject.
