There is a legend that says "Joan" was the female pope. I believed she was "found out" after she died.

There is a historical legend of a female "Pope Joan" who was discovered when she gave birth to a son during a church procession. Although based on late medieval chronicles, the legend is believed to be just a legend by most modern scholars.

She gave birth while getting on a horse. Unknown if this is a true tale or a legend.
