she is in her 20's and has been large for her whole life, from what she's told me.... she seems to eat pretty health and even exersizes with me a few times a week. she's seen some results but not what you'd think she should...I feel guilty around her when we are eating because I eat alot me that her yet she is really struggling....

diet with her.
eat healthier.
it won't hurt you...and will probably help her.
go on a fruit/veggie only diet.
no bread,cake,chicken,grease :D

You shouldn't feel bad about what you eat. What's good for you won't be good for her. Keep being supportive and encouraging toward your friend. Also, you might want to recommend Weight Watcher's to her. It's very easy to follow the points and you can also eat dessert still, which was a problem for me when I put on some pounds I didn't want...I didn't want to give up sweets. Weight Watcher's made it very easy to keep track of what I was eating. Hope that helps!

The best way to help her is to be a true friend. There's probably no need for you to discuss food at all! Just do the typical fun things- and let her know how special she is to you.

The weight is her issue and she will have to deal with the problem in the best way for her.

send her to jenny craig and pay for it your self that be nice
