There really is no easy answer. Just say no. Don't do it. It's good that you know it's bad. Just don't do it. When they offer it, just say "No thanks...."

I started smoking at 14 because of peer pressure. Now 22 yrs later I'm still smoking. You dont know what temptation is until you get addicted to the cigarettes. You might say to yourself that you can stop smoking at any time but before you know it you will be addicted. So how can you fight the temptation ? Be proud to be a part of the 10%, realize that you will be much healthier in the years to come, you will save lots of $$, you wont be addicted, you will smell better, you will have more dates, etc, etc. There are a million reasons to avoid the temptation. I wish I had the opportunity to go back and change things. Just dont do it. You WILL regret it later on.

Remember the commercial: "Think. Don't Smoke." They really mean it and it's really true! Do you really want to smoke rat poison, cleaning detergent and other disgustingly bad crap like that and ending up with terrible skin, respiratory problems (including lung cancer), dental problems and digestive problems (probably even more) ? You probably knew, but whether you did or not, I just wanted to remind you of these things and wanted to make yourself ask, "Am I going to say yes to all of this?" Do you? Don't follow the crowd- follow your own path. Even if your path happens to be different, it's the most powerful. It's so strong to say 'no'- say it! N-O. No. With a big, capital "N". Who cares what your friends say! It's their problem if they don't protect and take care of themselves and tease you for doing the contrary! What matters is that you do the right thing. Not the wrong thing that happens to be more popular. So, thanks for reading, be strong and good luck- best wishes for you! You won't regret it! :)

Just saying no. It's hard, but it's better than having your friends AND YOU regret what you did 25 years from now....
