I make a lot of Dell laptop purchases for my business, and I don't think I've ever seen a coupon for one that's around $450.
I usually check for Dell coupon codes at http://www.couponheaven.com/merchant.cfm/dellhome
I looked there today, and the minimum purchase for any of the laptop coupons is $999.
