I like serious questions with some room for wit or humor. I don't want the person asking to think that its unimportant or a waste of time no matter what my answer is.
Whether it was originally judged as serious or not serious isn't important as long as I can prove to the asker that the question actually is serious, but that at the same time, a healthy, enlightened view can be taken of all possible angles.

Depends on my mood. When I answer non serious questions or ask them it makes me laugh at the answers and thinking of an answer to a silly question is also funny. I am not a comedian but it sure does feel good when others laugh with you....I answer a few serious questions but majority of them seem to be silly and obvious "Fake" questions. Questions that people already know the answer to but just want to get a rile out of people.

I like to think I'm somewhat of an intellect and prefer to answer serious questions but in reality I answer whatever gives me some points.

Most questions on yahoo answers are 98% BS..and the ones asking are just being naughty
The other 2% is legit..and so..id have to choose REAL questions as opposed to.."Do you think im pretty"..or Edna Bambreck bs"...
I hope yahoo cleans this forum up soon..

I prefer ones that are real questions that are asking for opinions or advice, but I seem to get more points with the lame ones!
