Not only burn.
Your liver takes the fat and bassically throws it down the toilet.

Problem is. the cells that accomodate the fat stay, get starved and keep asking.
that´s way you gain fat so easily again after diet.

When dieting do it for your whole life, healthily.

Our body uses sugar as the fast source of energy, e.g. when you run.

When you do slow workout, the body uses fat for energy.

in both cases the burnt energy is dissipated as heat and the waste go out as perspiration, coabon dioxide and water vapor in our respiration

it starts to melt and acutally it goes thru you blood stream system, when you unrinate , most of the fat goes thru you urnine stream
