I am 34 weeks and my gestational diabetes is getting harder for me to manage. I was doing a great job keeping my blood sugar in check, and the last week have had several high ones even though I have been staying within my carb recommendations. Anyone else in this boat?

I had it about five years ago and while it is tough there are a few things you can do. Every time after you eat do some light exercising it helps drop your blood sugar. I had a stationary bike in my house and hopped on it for 10 minutes or so after a meal, went for a walk around the block or even swimming in the summer. Any carbs - make them whole grain. No Sugar at all! It's rough but worth it in the end and sometimes you even lose weight when you are pregnant.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

My sister in law had gestational diabetes. She drank a lot of water and ate a lot of protein. Also, exercise helps keep you regulated.
