Go to a tattooist and ask if he can come up with a design to hide his name. It's possible that the name could be made into something wrapped around the heart, thorns, chains, a tribal design, a celtic knot, an intricate pattern, more butterflies.

Links didn't work. 'Red Sunshine' is right, even though somebody gave her a thumbs down. The cover-up tattoo has to be covered with black, and be bigger than the original tattoo. It's not very likely that script will cover it properly, unless you pick something that will cover the star, to go along with the script. Your artist will place a piece of saran wrap over the star, so he doesn't have to guess at it, making an outline on the plastic of the star. Then he can either draw up or find something that will fill that space, and put the script you want above or below it.

I have a couple tat's and to temporary cover it up use a good foundation. Sounds funny I know, but it does work if you blend it correctly. Now to completely remove it you will have to laser it. It's painful and pricey. You could always have the tattooed altered into something else. Get a tattoo artist to color it in or make it into something else. I've seen it happen.

Find another guy with the same name and start dating him.
Otherwise, that's gonna be a toughie to cover up or even worse, remove.

Consult a tattoo artist and ask what they would do to cover it up. Any good artist should have at least one or two GOOD suggestions.

You should get a double masectomy to remove most of your chest... I seriously doubt you'll have to worry about anyone noticing (or paying attention) to any part of the leftover tattoo.
