Sometimes they are just having a bad day. I'm having a bad day and I've been very mean with some of my responses today. Blunt is more the word, really. I'm not a mean person. In fact, I'm probably too nice most of the time. Just having a bad day today and lucky for everyone in the general public, I don't have to work today.
Some people are mean because they are not very happy. The unhappier they are, the meaner they can become. Spread a little happiness to the mean people in your life. Don't own what they do or say. It's their problem, really.

That is a very good question you came up with there.
I my self would like a answer to that to.
No one start's out that way,I believe.
But I think some of them are right about them hurting and take it out on other's because of it.
I just wish we could help them out with what ever it is that is hurting them so maybe they would'nt be that way any more,you think?
All we can do is try,huh.
But I really do know what you mean about people,I run in to that all the time to,it almost seem's like they are every where I go,you to.
I can walk in a store and be nice to some one there or try to talk to them a little bit, they some time's seem's like there ready to take my head off,wow.
I always think to my self,they just had to of got up on the wrong side of the bed or some one just had hurt there feeling really bad and that's why they take it out on us,I think.

People treat others with disrespect because they have no respect for themselves. They want to feel better about themselves, so why not make others feel worse about themselves?

I personally, try to be respectful to everyone, but hey...you can only change the world one step at a time!

I believe people are mean only because they are trying to hide something and are affraid to show it, so they bully others to get it off their chest. they could be getting abused themselves, neglected, or something and the only way they can let it out is hurting others. or they learn it from either their parents or people the hang out with. hope this helps.

People can be cruel because they dont have a good homelife which can make them insecure and makeing funn of people somehow makes them feel better. You should always kill them with kindness. They just aren't happy with them selves.

One reason is that they are not happy with themselves. They ahve no slef confidence and they feel better when they make someone else fee llike crap. They are probably ugly, fat, poor, who knows maybe they were molested as a kid. But something inside them makes them rotten and you are better than them any day!!!
