Height is not just lots is one of the critical standards in plenty of areas: sports, being a part of the security force, wooing someone, obtaining a work or just bolstering one's assurance therefore, if you want to be slightly taller you just have to use this program https://bitly.im/aMXRj , grow taller 4 Idiots.

saying your age will help a lot in determining if you can still grow taller... but then this info might help... your height can be increased due to the development of your long bones which include the femur (upper leg) and the tibia and fibula (lower leg)... in between those is the epiphyses... now the epiphyses is like a gate, once it closes, you'll never gain an inch in your ht... it usually closes at 21 yrs of age for girls... I don't remember if it's 22 for boys... the thing is it will definitely close in between those yrs of age (21-22)... so if you haven't reach that age, better do everything so that you can still grow taller than you are right now... and people only grows (increase in ht) during their sleep... or while sleeping... take all supplements (Growee, Neurobiron/ Vit B1 B6 B12, and Propan)... try doing exercise that involves stretching and basketball...

Don't give up just yet. I grew an entire foot at the age of 16, from 4' 10" to 5' 10". Some of us are just late bloomers. You may not be a giant, but I'll bet you have a few inches to go, at least to your dad's height. By the time you are 17, though, I suspect your growing days will be done.
The big men I know come in all heights. The more they are willing to help the little and the weak ones, the bigger they are.
I hope you grow up to be a big man!

Male usually stop growing around 20ish. You might put on a couple more inches but alot of it is genetics. If your parents are short than most likely you will be short.

Lifting weights does not help you grow taller. If you've stopped growing, you just have to live with it. Make sure don't increase your body weight as it will possibly make you look even shorter. Not to mention that your suits won't fit right!!!

you have about two years left before reaching the end of your growth...most that you can gain is 2 more inches...it's all genetics if you look around the relatives that you have, essentially you can tell how tall you gonna be....
