Food has nothing to do with eyesight. Good nutrition benefits every aspect of your health. See an opthalmologist if you have vision problems.

Wolfberries.

If possible, get some Chinese soup reciepes online and make soup and add in wolfberries. They are GREAT for the eyes.

Not only does it help improve your eyesight.. even helps your eyes sparkle!

Yes, carrots! They improve your sensitivity to light and allows you to see better in low light levels. (sort of like a cat)
Also the carrots need to be raw for best effect!
