You got scammed. You don't "join" Limewire, you download it and run it. It's free. If you paid for it, YOU GOT TAKEN!
Go to the original web site that you got your copy of Limewire. Scroll to the bottom and READ THE FINE PRINT!

if you go on a search engine and type in free limewire pro you will eventually get to one of the many sites that give you limewires best service for free you just need to download it. Cancel your account and do this its a rip off to pay for this service. also bit comet is a good site

you should never have to pay to download music, it is all free, you don't join limewire, or give them bank details, just download the program (basic version) then using that search for the pro version, which has no ads, faster downloads etc

when you have downloaded it you search for limewire pro and download that free too.

you should have got basic its free.
first have you connected when the screen is open you should have green bars not red try on the left at top try connect.

im sure you have to have at least one file to share with others so your not classed as a freeloader alot of people don't share with peeps who have nothing to share with others
