Today, I worked out for about an hour. I did about 50 sit-ups, a half an hour of running, about a 150 jumping jacks and only ate a chewy granola bar, a banana and a glass of milk in the morning and havent eaten since and it's now evening. Is this okay? I'm planning to lose 30+ pounds by the end of August.

That's great. Sounds like you are well on your way, just don't starve yourself or it will backfire. What you had so far should constitute breakfast, but you should have lunch and dinner too. Eat tuna or chicken for lunch with veggies or salad (no butter and low cal dressing) or even a half a sandwich. For dinner do the same: lean meat, veggies, salad. Avoid rice, potatoes and bread. Save something for an evening snack like a popsicle. I admire you; It's easy for me to tell you what to do, but it's hard for me to actually do it!! I don't know how realistic your goal is though. 30lbs. in just a month is too fast and the faster you lose it the faster you gain it back. Be careful and take a vitamin too.

No. Your going to pass out if you keep it up. try eating six mini meals a day that add up to 1200-1500 calories by evening when you quit eating for the day (ideally 7pm). Eat lots of brocolli and spinach. The more color your food has, the better. Drink lots of water, but no more than eight glasses a day. Your workout sounds great, thats ideal. But oatmeal in the morning would be better for ya cuz at least that doesnt have oil in it. Read ingredient labels and if you see the word oil, say no to that.

No. That's absolutely downright horrible.

Being thin is not the same as being healthy. Your body needs the nutrients in food in order to survive! Do not starve yourself! Eat much more!

Set a more realistic goal. Losing over 30 pounds in a month is a) not realistic, and b) EXTREMELY UNHEALTHY!

the workout sounds great but you need to eat more. try actual meals. fruit is always good for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and like a healthy choice frozen dinner for supper.
