i read this years ago, so i don't remember the specifics (i do remember that it was very well supported by evidence and such)- can anyone refresh me on the specifics?

Dude, that's BS. It is COMPLETELY constitutional and if you choose to try to avoid it, good luck, cause it'll be just a matter of time before they come to collect...and they'll take EVERYTHING you got...

how the heck is that unconstitutional , the governments right to tax you is all over the constitution and even if it weren't the government can still use the commerce clause to tax you cause the commerce clause is so broad it can literally be interpreted into anything.

when this come to be peoples have been paying taxes for thousands of years way back .now how would we pay for all the nice roads schools etc.if not for the taxes .that silly
