Stupid, yes. For the pain, not much to do really. Take some Motrin or Ibuprofen. If the piercing area is red/ puffy/ swollen, apply an ice pack. Not gonna be fun, but it should help alleviate the pain.

just make sure he went to a legitimate place and all precaution being taken...he just need to take pain killer and make sure no infections from the piercing....otherwise seek medical attention ASAP!!
