These answers are truly wonderful! Keep them coming. Some of the insight is terrific.
It is surprising to me to see all the answers about confidence and how one "carries" themself. It would appear that we as a people are not as shallow as the ADVERTISERS and Marketing Firms would want us to be.
Yet, we are talking about the way people walk and checking out their butts as they do it. So, I guess perhaps they are right when they say..."Sex Sells".

Its in the attitude, confidence and personality of a person. Butt, legs, shoes, whatever...those things have little to do with how you *truly* carry yourself

Doing it butt naked.
Actually, if a woman has a well-shaped bottom, and it gently sways from side to side when she walks, THAT is a sexy walk. Men can tell an exaggerated sexy walk where the woman is TRYING to make her butt switch. It looks stupid and she looks like a hooker trying to make rent month for the night. But a sexy walk is a combination of things: a nice body, a gentle sway and a smile.
Rosie O'Donnell, for instance, could NEVER have a sexy walk, even to another lesbian.

I believe for men a sexy walk is a slow stride with arms swaying back and forth and lips licked (think Denzel Washington and L.L. Cool J-even Matthew McCauhnahey: Watch their movies) and a girl's sexy walk includes switching, chest out and head high. Both of these walks constitute sexy confidence.

For women a slow, long stride with just a little sway looks sexy. For men the same without the sway. For both, perfect posture is a must.

High heels have a lot to do with a sexy walk and the way you move your hips and how far your booty sticks out I guess constitiutes for a sexy walk.

I actually dont like it when men try to hard to walk "sexy" or "cool" or like a "cowboy" it looks retarded. Just walk normal. As for girls it doesnt look that bad if we try to walk nice just as long as you dont overdo it like your beggin for attention!

Marilyn Monroe use to cut half inch off one of her high heel so her behind wiggle more when she walk.
