Gross gross and gross again n I haven't even got a fear of spiders ! some one who has and has read that will try never to sleep again !!!

No, the myth says eight spiders in a lifetime but that again is a myth.
When you sleep although you are still, spiders will not even come near your mouth as it would make a sound and would be warm and your breath would frighten it away.
However scientists say, you probably eight eight spiders in your lifetime whilst awake - fallen into your beans as you cook them on the hob etc.

Maybe, but that could just be an average. Maybe some people eat a couple thier whole lifetime, while others get a spider a day!

I don't see how they can know this. I sleep with my mouth closed, plus I'm a very light sleeper. The slightest movement will fully awaken me. I don't think I eat any spiders at all. How would "they" know?

i don't think of they recommend which you eat 8 finished spiders (like they crawl into your mouth at nighttime!), it particularly is greater such as you breathe in dried debris of decaying spider, and that all of them in simple terms upload as much as an time-honored of 8. So fortuitously it is not 0.5 as gross because it sounds.

what does it matter? if you are sleeping you won't know any difference anyway. it's hardly going to be your first thought when you wake up is it??? hmmmm i'll skip breakfast cause i had a couple of spiders last night.
p.s. i'm a vegetarian so them spiders better show some respect!!!!!!!!

Possibly during your lifetime. That's what "they" say anyways, but who knows, if there is any truth i n it then who's to say that person A ate 20 of them so persons B & C don't have to eat any? Don't worry about it-I don't.

i don't know if theres an exact number but when you are sleeping if one clawls in yuukkk probably more than spiders getting in to.
