It had Nicole Kidman in it, and she and her husband (can't remember which actor played him) were on a boat in the middle of the sea, and they picked up a survivor from a shipwreck who turned out to be a psycho. It was really good and I'd like to see it again but can't remember the name!

Dead Calm. Billy Zane played the guy who more or less kidnapped Kidman and the guy who played her husband was Sam Neill. Weird movie but I kind of liked it.
