just be yourself, some people may like who you are, some may not, but that is life. Don't try to change your lifestayle to be likes the popular kids if you aren't one. It will come back to hurt you.

Well... i do have some advice.
Don't completely change your style!!! Wear clothes you feel comfortable in. On the first day, try a favorite hairstyle and dont wear too much make up- so it looks like youre not wearing any kind of thing. Maybe add some pretty eyeshadow that accents your eyes instead of your clothes. You want to make new freinds, so join a sport. Practice up over the next 3 weeks or so so when you walk in, you can feel confident that you have a leg up on the competition. Go shopping a couple weeks before school starts and get a new outfit (providing you have the money), something that seperates you just enough from the crowd- but doesnt make you look like an orange tree in the middle of a strawberry feild kind of thing. You know?? well, i hope this helps. if theyre really your freinds they will like you for who you are not who you dress as. :) <3 ++ Talk to people you dont know. it helps so much and you might just end up with a new freind. im going into 8th grade this year, this is what i did last year. it worked well. dont try to impress ppul. b urself whoever that may be- and dont forget your old freinds. have you ever read 'speak' by laurie anderson? i think you need to read this book it deals with the topic.

Smile, be yourself, and be sociable. Be youself is the one thing that gets you your true friends. Be nice, but not so nice to where people can take advantage of you. Strike up a conversation with somebody and find out something you have in common - it can be anything. Just don't ask yes, no questions... If you're going to ask a question and want to have a conversation, make a question to where people can elaborate. Stay away from the loud mouths - they're insane, literally. If you're looking for clothes, Abercrombie and Hollister are usually too expensive. Try American Eagle, Aeropostale, and Old Navy - I like Old Navy personally. Talk to people who are alone. Popular people are snobs and they're mean. Shy people are usually more comfortable around people they know better and they usually talk more as well as share more of their feelings. Don't hold back the way you feel because the popular people may think you're stupid. The popular people are usually the stupid ones and they're haters. Have a nice day!

Just be yourself! If your new friend thinks you were someone (when you were make pretending to be some one else), they'll think you're that fake person, even though you're not. To make a new friend, try to smile at people in the halls, or say "Hi" as you walk past them. It would work even better if you had classes together and possibly some of the same interests. Have fun & good luck in 7th grade! :)

I'm going to the seventh grade too! you can just go up and talk to anyone who would make a great friend for you. Who knows? maybe at the end of the school day you will have tons of new friends. Impressing people isn't good. Be yourself.

Try wearing what you feel good in that's what I did when I was in 7th grade and now I'll be in 11th. Also go up to some one new like you and start talking to them that is one way of making a new friend.

Well, being in the 7th grade, don't worry about impressing people. Just be yourself. I garentee, later on, you won't even remember the names of who you thought were your best friends. You're in that stage where your gradually distancing yourself from your parents and trying to find your own identity apart from your parents. Find your identity, rocker, raver, hip hopper, computer nerd (nothing wrong with that, you'll get paid mucho dinero later), etc...
Just be yourself. Friends stay friends. My closest friends have been my friends for years, and I didn't try to impress them at all. I was just being myself, and when you have common interests, everything will "click", and you'll have a great friend. All the people I tried to impress, I don't even remember their names...

Start by having a good attitude a willingness to learn be yourself stand for what you believe in as long as what you believe in is right. Don't think that because you are better than someone you should look down on them be the best give an helping hand.

Aww, I hated seventh grade. lol. nicely it wasn't that for the period of the past. don't be apprehensive, this is seventh grade you will face worse years (do no longer advise to scare you!) i will understand the impact area, as i'm shy and you sound somewhat shy too, in basic terms smile plenty and be incredibly friendly. usually some people will attitude you - supply them a relaxing character! that's what I ought to have finished.

If you are going to the 7th grade to impress people not to eventually get your diploma then you should have stayed in 6th grade.

Be yourself and a good impression... If you're looking for clothing brands for 7th grade: Aeropostale, American Eagle, Abercrombie and Fitch, Hollister, etc.
